Results are appearance-based estimates and can be affected by lighting, camera quality, makeup, image angle, and individual skin variation. Poreless does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Pricing, billing timing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may vary by country, region, and applicable store rules. Pro and Max AI allowances renew every month, including on annual plans.
Product Scan and Routine Planner are subject to reasonable-use, security, and service-capacity limits.
Your privacy choices stay in your control.
When you request a skin analysis, a temporary cloud processing copy of your photo is used to generate your result. After successful processing, the temporary copy is queued for deletion and may remain for up to 15 minutes while scheduled cleanup completes. Failed, cancelled, or incomplete scan photos are not retained in cloud storage for retry.
Scan history saved on your device can be deleted in the app.
AI Guidance and Product Scan are optional and off by default.
Original skin photos are not sent to the optional AI provider for AI Guidance/Product Scan.
